We will send you the official return address and exclusive return reference number.

Any packages sent without our confirmed address and reference number will be rejected directly.

4.Return Shipping Fee

If returns are caused by our errors or product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping cost.

If returns are caused by personal reasons, buyers shall be responsible for return shipping expenses.

5.Refund Arrangement

We will issue the corresponding refund within 3-5 business days after receiving and checking the returned goods.

6.Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, used, altered or artificially damaged cannot be returned or refunded.
